Vizit is looking for a Project Manager to join our Client Services team and have an immediate impact by driving value for our customers. Vizit has launched the first-of-its-kind visual intelligence technology allowing the biggest brands in the world to measure the effectiveness of imagery by utilizing artificial intelligence through our SaaS platform.

As a Project Manager, you must be a data-driven and analytical thinker who can also keep the big picture in mind. You will need to source client requests unique to Vizit’s proprietary Audience Lens technology, validate relevant market research segmentation for feasibility testing, and ensure that Vizit’s data sources are accurate and current. This role requires you to understand the nuance in different groups of people as well as be hyper-organized as requests and projects flow in and out of Vizit’s Operations team. Internally, you’ll work alongside product, engineering, design, R&D, sales, and executive leadership to help accelerate the growth of our business as we hit an exciting inflection point in our company’s journey.

This role requires someone with 2-4 years of experience in project management and working with market research data. Qualified candidates must have a background in working with crosstabs, organizing large scale projects, ensuring timely delivery of results, and working with deadlines. This role will have a direct impact on customer success and retention.

Qualifications:

• Degree: Bachelors
• Experience in Market Research is a must
• At least 2-4 years experience in a related field (e-commerce, market research, marketing, SaaS, etc.)
• Strong presentation skills with an emphasis on strategic recommendations and critical thinking
• Ability to work with crosstabs and excel sheets are required
• Experience with tools such as Kantar, MRI Simmons, Global Web Index or Comscore are a plus
• Google Suite and project management tools are a plus
• Based in Boston, MA is a plus, though we are currently hiring remote workers
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple external projects and internal workstreams
